Description. This is a wonderful copper fish pan fully restored with a fresh new lining of tin. The bottom of the pan is stamped “Waldow BKLYN N.Y”. This pan has a length of 11 3/4 inches x 7 7/8 inch width x 2 inch height. This pan weighs 2.5 pounds and has a thickness of 1.5 mm. A Waldow bain marie service piece. These can be used for serving hot sauces at a Sunday brunch and maybe mulled cider at a fall gathering.

Shipping and return policies. Waldow Copper of Brooklyn. I found this little treasure for $15 at a small antique shop. It doesn't appear to have ever been used. Weighs just over a pound and has a 1 liter capacity. It is tapered so that the top isn't as wide as the wide as the bottom of the pan. How is this style of pan called?
